I never underestimate Pete, but after watching the pack 12 CCG I have my doubts about UW in this game

Just that game? That offense has been sub par all year and their special teams have been 'special' at best. Their D is as strong as always and they have pieces to work with, but OSU has more talent potential and the best QB they will have faced this year. Their saving grace is the time before that game. They are at full strength having gotten a couple of key offensive players back that now have a couple of games under their belts and Petersen is pretty good at breaking down games with that much time, but there's a reason they will be likely double digit dogs in this matchup.

We will see. I’ve always said Peterson is a master when given time to prepare for a game.

Didn't work out so well against Bama or Penn State. He has to do it at this level before he gets that credit and so far they haven't.

There's just something off with the whole offense. Maybe there's a chance Hamdan develops into a solid OC/play caller, but this year was not very good. It did seem to improve here and there later in the year and it wasn't a badly called game against WSU, but you can't have weak elements of your game in these kinds of bowls.

Petersen is 1-3 in bowl games with UW. And I'm not seeing enough with this team to make that 2-3, but Ohio State has for sure had some weird games this year with a really bad loss, and tough games that shouldn't have been against Nebraska and Maryland. So who knows. Not expecting this to be a win, but doubt it's a blow out either.

And we will worry that Haskins is the most dynamic QB they have faced and will find holes enough to keep drives alive.

Could be one of the better matchup for bowl games. Not sure who I will pick in the bowl mania yet, but I will say it won’t be for very many confidence points.
