I would expect the Fenway Faithful to come up with an obscene chant about Kate Upton that will at least get steam coming out of Verlander's ears...

Be careful ..................... relative twice removed.....8^)

You gotta tip your cap on that one. Our wife abusing closer on the mound, Boston handled business. :suds:

After the horrendous strike call on the 1st pitch of JBJ's AB I was screaming at my TV. Between bitching about the stupid home plate ump and telling Bradley Jr that he was going to rip a grand slam I was going crazy.

BTW, the balls and strikes calls in the series has been horrendous for both teams in my opinion.

Just plain gawd awful.

The first 6 innings or so of this one were a breath of fresh air, then I posted about it, and it went back to shit. I'm taking the blame for this one.

As he was circling the bases I reminded myself that I had imagined him hitting that grand slam. Then I realized I constantly imagine the Sox hitter who is up at the time going deep so it's not like I predicted this one. I have backed it up and watched it probably 20 times. You?

Interesting about this guy who is not on the Stros payroll but has a badge and flies on their private jet...sounds like a damn spy thriller!!
Guess it turns out that Machado is still my least favorite MLBer. Bregman had a very good game, but Eovaldi sure didn't give up three HRs in a row. Nathan is the Bosox' most solid starter right now and the pen looked good because Kimbrel didn't have to get in the game.
Porcello has also been pitching quite well lately and I feel pretty good about tonight. Morton is certainly no slouch at 15-3, but he hasn't gotten into a game for a while and we will see if he is refreshed or rusty!

I'm sure the TV guys are praying for a Dodgers-Bosox WS....they will cry if it is Stros-Brews. I'd like to see Bosox-Brews, see if Betts and JD can send some of those nasty pitches Hader throws over the Monstah!

Word.

There is not a team left standing that I can cheer for in good conscience. The baseball gods can sniff my foreskin.

Last night I realized that even though the MLB playoffs suck now because I dislike all the teams left, they're good in the sense that I do enjoy watching these four teams lose. The more humiliating the defeat, the better.

Well in that case, let me be the first to formally thank you. An 8-2 shithole stomped into the backs of the Astros in their own ballpark is the most humiliating defeat of either LCS thus far.

Gracias, pendejo!

Yeah

Because a team with runners on the corners 2 outs is more likely to score than a team with 2nd and 3rd no outs.

LMFAO

This is what you want to argue about? You can't find anything in this series to talk about? Or, do you just enjoy being a jagoff?

All I said is the Astros had a chance to score more runs, just like you said the Red Sox did. Which they did.
