I get all of his individual accomplishments - but if I'm them I'm wondering what that has gotten them in terms of the overall goal of winning. That's my point.

Butler may not have made the finals, but he's been to the playoffs multiple times and been in some pretty intense series. So, he at least has an idea of what it takes to get to that level.

Listen man, I never disagreed that Wiggins and Towns aren't lackadaisical there is no question they are. I am focusing on one practice because you just don't do this for all the world to see, a true leader a real fucking winner goes to them behind closed doors and says everything he can to motivate them to be better. Exactly, there are stories about Kobe not letting teammates leave the gym if he lost. Didn't matter if it was a scrimmage, one on one, 3 point shooting contests...didn't matter. He'd keep running it back until he won.

In one of Barkley's first practices with the Suns, he clobbered Kevin Johnson, who was the most popular Suns player at the time just to see if his new teammates would react like he hoped they would.

They did, to the point that they almost had to cut the practice short. lol
