I get all of his individual accomplishments - but if I'm them I'm wondering what that has gotten them in terms of the overall goal of winning. That's my point.

It doesn't matter that Butler doesn't have rings. He has plenty to teach young players like Wiggins and Townes.
Butler may not have made the finals, but he's been to the playoffs multiple times and been in some pretty intense series. So, he at least has an idea of what it takes to get to that level.
Wiggins and Townes have less than no clue.
