I look forward to some outstanding memesJeremy Pruitt's personality isn't gonna work on a team that doesn't have a history with him, and even then, it wears on people. Mark Richt, who is the nicest guy in the history of college football hates Jeremy Pruitt for his off the field actions as UGA's DC, and that says something.
He's not gonna win over kids that were recruited by and coached by Butch Jones. It's too far of a contrast in personality and style.
And if they keep losing, he is going to have some epic press conference rants this season, and I wouldn't be surprised if he got physical with a reporter before the season is out.
I knew this guy when he was the DC of Hoover High School and he is both an idiot and a douche.Jeremy Pruitt's personality isn't gonna work on a team that doesn't have a history with him, and even then, it wears on people. It's amazing that Tennessee has been doing this for like 18 years. The state of Tennessee produces more than enough talent for a team with the background of that one to be good. They haven't reached 10 wins since 2007?! I just don't get it.

To be fair, I'm not sure I would be worried about winning over any of Butch's Life Champions....
It's gonna take some time to rebuild the culture at Tennessee, much less the product on the field.
Since all the late wife’s family is in Tennessee and all of them die/hard Vol fans, I take great joy in seeing them sink to the bottom of the conference.
May they rest there eternally with the Commodores becoming the best SEC team in that state

I don't know, I'm pretty much an eternal pessimist when it comes to sports teams. I'm always more nervous about playing a team like Tennessee than I am for playing a team like Bama.
And I don't mean to get personal, but wasn't your wife a poster here?
Me and you, baybaySince all the late wife’s family is in Tennessee and all of them die/hard Vol fans, I take great joy in seeing them sink to the bottom of the conference.

You and I both.. I can never just relax and enjoy the game as I have seen it too many times in the last 38 years where they are the “better” team and yet end up getting the butts kicked
Others in my pickems group make fun of me never putting them higher than a 3, and more often than not a 1
There really isn't. The talent in the South East is in Georgia and Florida. Alabama over produces when you consider the population but both Auburn and Alabama have more than half their kids from other states. It's amazing that Tennessee has been doing this for like 18 years. Back when they were still competing for championships, they could get the best kids from Kentucky, NC, SC, and northern Georgia to come to UT without having to work too hard. Especially when the schools in those states were sucking at footballTenn can't do it on state talent alone.
