If these games are typically below average quality this just seems to exacerbate that stereotype of Thursday Night Football just not being worth the watch.

TNF football been pretty good for about a year now. Last season was by far the best year of TNF. The game last week was good as well.

Not every TNF will be an instant classic...

I just looked at the TNF schedule and I'll actually eat some crow on that. There's some good looking match-ups so I get why you just have this stinkburger to get two bad teams out of the way.
