Interesting case here.... I hate the idea of a franchise giving in to a player, but Bell is disrupting the locker room at this point. He's a distraction to a contender. But it goes without saying that the Steelers are not as good without him. He's not irreplaceable, but he is a special talent.

I have a feeling the front office and coaching staff Ares going to gingerly handle this when and if he comes back. These guys want another title, and I don't see him not being there stop us. It would help immensely if he was there, but it was the Pittsburgh Steelers long before him and it'll be the Steelers long after he's gone.

A lot of the guys past and present talk about the family atmosphere in the locker room. And guys who have left wish they never did leave, they never find the brotherhood like it exists in Pittsburgh....so IMO his loss on all counts.
