Zack Smith just got Urban suspended. Good luck finding a good lawyer in the area to defend him. McMurphy was technically not working for anyone so there's no deep pockets to go after. But I'm guessing after this he would have no trouble defending himself. Zack Smith is now jobless so I doubt he's gonna shell out money for a big time lawsuit . With the DV and DUI and the naked photos at the White House he's just not a sympathetic figure. There might be even more shit people find out about him. So even if he had a case I doubt anything will come of it.

To respond to the OP, I think we can most definitely say Urbs did not get screwed. And this has nothing to do with McMurphy's reporting, which has 100% checked out now, but even with Ohio State's "investigation".
