the thing is maybin can steal bases....so if you put him right in front of gordan ..in the line up then..it is more of a threat
and segura can steal them As well

more of a defencive Cf..is ok....with gamel and span is signed through next year

then ian miller/and or braden bishop...on 40 man seems to fit

why change ....cruz is the best ..dh in the game...two more years is ok...or three

machado i would play him anywhere in the infield..............lol and cano will still be there

and im sure segura can play 3b .....if necesarry...we know he can play 2B

with machado it would turn into a.......... monster lineup...that may scare the boot off the rest of the league

if i am going to go machado .......then the only free agent pitcher i will be interested in is nathan eovoldi...or i would have to trade for a minor league guy ...which i would need to anyway...or a minor league 3b or both

dalas keuchel will be to expencive ..any way you look at it ..the mariners still have felix one more year

I was hoping the Mariners would trade Seager and whatever else it took to get Machado at the deadline this summer... I've never been a big fan of Seager...

I was hoping Machado re-signs with Dodgers and we trade for baby Seager, but he gets hurt so often. We won't be in on any major player, but Eovaldi and Corbin would be interesting depending on price. Pomeranz is another injury prone guy, but price is everything. Dallas is 30+ and is a ground ball pitcher and I really am not a big fan of our infield on defense. The balls the Astros infield gets would be base hits with us.

In his current status younger Seager could outplay big brother.

yeah it is not rocket science..seager has been in decline for two years now....so a change may help...him and the mariners

one thing is sure a .....change is necessary ..for both

I think he would win it if he broke/tied the saves record of 62...He would need 15 saves with 40 games left... It's possible... He's trending in that direction...

I was referring to the off season. This season has been done for a month now.

agreed....on the money for machado...i think they could do eavaldi though..but another ss/3b may do..eduardo escobar of arizona is a free agent as well 277 ave 18 Hr...but they may not have the money for eduardo either

they really need to trade to keep costs down..cuz unless they trade for a #2 pitcher...then they will have to go after eavaldi
really they could prob only afford one free agent..pitchers are harder to come by...although they do have some trade material....they do not have a lot

but if seager would try hitting the other way..like he did in oakland...intsead of pulling the ball for a hr every time

then he would be a better hitter...and if he would hit around 250 or up we would not have a prob

260 or 270 should be nomal for seager
