I wouldn't take a bet against UCLA winning the south sometime in the next 4 years, but 1 season is entirely too soon to worry about IMO. He needs time to get his kids in. He was the OC and already had his kids in when he took over HC at Oregon. This is entirely a different critter.

I hope Herm does a great job. I loved listening to his commentaries on the Nfl. He's a bright guy and is a disciplinarian also. Good luck to him!

It has definitely been nicer to hear him talk football when he was NOT the head coach of the Chiefs and could just talk players without the coachspeak; mostly that is, he can't really say players are trash directly.
