Well, every fan is different of course but as a fan I'd rather make the finals for the 4th time in a row watching the co-GOAT dominate than missing it. YMMV

Warriors have seen LeBron and they know what they're getting.

There's a slim chance that Boston could have just had the right matchups against the Warriors and blitzed them, kind of like the 2004 NBA Finals.

So even though the Cavs beat the Celts, I think the Celts had a better chance of beating the Dubs, if that makes any sense.

The NBA marketing corporate douchers at it again.. Throwing "GOAT" around after this game with Lebron. With only 3 titles and a future 3-6 NBA finals record.

All the more reason to despise corporate America even more. They truly are a bunch of fucking TOOLS

And they keep misplacing your resume too!

Probably lose Gordon too, right?

I have to say no. Crazy to say that, but I don't think he makes them better if they lose Capella and Gordon. His skills are too redundant.

I disagree on principal.

If Houston offered the Cavs Gordon and Capela for LeBron how would that go?

That's kind of Kerr's thing though. He's going to coach the game in the 4th the same way as he is in the middle of the 2nd quarter. It's easy to second guess (god knows I do it) but the results speak for themselves. Bottom line is that the W's are just a lot better conditioned than their opponents are. I understand that they have a pretty deep bench but there's no excuse for the Rockets to be as gassed as they were in the 4th quarter., especially given the tempo they pimp that they want to run at.
In game 6 too...yet they tried to tell us all season they put this team together to beat GS. SMH

I just think they are being premature with the Warriors in 4 games crap - LeBron is the best player in the NBA and far greater then Hardin who almost took the Warriors down by himself and some help from Chris Paul. Capella played far above his normal and Trevor Ariza played above his normal - I think some how, Lue is going to find a way to make that a competitive series. Any time you have a champion like LeBron - you can't assume the worst is automatic

Warriors rolled them last year in 5 with Kyrie still there. Gonna be 5 again because LeBron is that good. Doubt a sweep.

I agree 100% the Boston D gives the Ws fits. And they have the best coach in the game.

All three of those guys together? I don't think it will work
You might be right.

But, they have to try...

Maybe they don't need a LeBron.

But, they need one more guy....imo

I thought the same about Paul.

After LeBron gets his doors blown off again in the Finals, and this exhausting Season of having to carry the load in almost every statistical category, LeBron may welcome the lightened work load.

But, that's just me guessing.

All 3 could take it easier over the long, boring regular season, while at the same time figure out how to play best together for when it matters.

As much as i would have liked to see Houston win it, Its still the appropriate match up in the finals. Legacies will be solidified. Its going to be a fun one.

And I’ve seen Durant miss 3 free throws in a row.

Doesn’t make any of it logical.

You are speaking in “ifs”. “If” capela goes 3/4 and “if” Durant misses.

The lone fact is the numbers say Capela has a 40% chance of making a free throw.

Rockets have a bunch of guys with far better odds of getting them 2-3.

There is a reason no one had a problem with it. Why Kerr did it and why Dantoni adjusted.

You say it’s risky...Capela could also go 0-4 and the game is completely over.

Not speaking in ifs.

Fact:

Fouling immediately almost doubles the number of possessions for each team. Therefor it essentially extends the game by 15-20 second last every time you do it.

When you are up 10 with 3 minutes left, that is not proper strategy.

It worked. But it was like splitting Kings in blackjack. Why the hell would you want to do that? They were going to win with what they had.

Capella could go 0-4 or he could go 4-4. Both are about equally likely for a 50% shooter.

Well, don't they have to convince him to extend first?
