See this ain't that hard, when you boil it down.

God knows endless fans on the Hoop and elsewhere have predicted the 'end' for NE time and time again over the Brady tenure. Salary cap, aging, free agent losses, yadda, yadda, yadda. But they were projecting what they WANTED to happen. (wonder why that sounds familiar?)

Know WHY NE continued to win, despite all the negative predictions? They had a QB. And coaching and front office to not screw the pooch.

So, no you OBTUSE projecting clown, nobody on here is putting Seattle in the Superbowl, or predicting that Seattle is incapable of having a down year.

What we're mostly arguing is that Seattle isn't getting the credit for having a QB, and coaching and a FO that won't screw the pooch.

There's nothing unreasonable about that position. COULD Seattle win 4 or 5 games next year? Yep, sure. If Wilson gets hurt we're fooked.

What we're SAYING is that as a franchise we have reason to be optimistic EVERY YEAR, for the next 10 plus years.

That Seattle will be in the conversation for the playoffs, if Wilson stays healthy.

OMFG! The balls on these Seattle fans!

There you go, projecting your shit again.
You're doing great, don't stop you're on a roll.

So what shall we call your words of wisdom? Projecting shit is already taken.

I don't know what he's thinking. When I think of a good running game, I think of a guy amassing 1200 yards+ a season with 10 touchdowns and a YPC around 5.0

Really?

2 RB's averaged 5ypc or better last season. And 1 QB.

And only 2 RB's had more than 10 TD's.

And only 1 RB had more than 1,200 yards on the ground.

Gee thanks Pops.
Amazingly, you're even getting better at editing certain portions of other people's statements. Gold star for you:thumb:

See this ain't that hard, when you boil it down. Here is the non-Seattle translation.

Even though fans on the hoop and elsewhere have been proven wrong time and time about the demise of NE, Seattle should be considered in the same light. Well except Seattle's record has gotten worse each year since their SB win.

Both NE and Seattle have a top rated QB. Note as a Seattle fan we only compare ourselves to NE because our track records are so alike.

We like using words like OBTUSE and "all" or "every" when making statements. We feel that makes it right. How could anyone possibly argue that NO Seattle fan has said we could possibly have a down year? I mean after all it is still May.

Using the whoa is me, poly Anna ploy of no respect worked for Philly. Maybe we should try it. "No one" gives our FO and HC credit.

Seattle could amass only 4 or 5 wins if RW gets hurt. I bring this up because other posters have claimed a down year for Seattle going 8-8. This somehow equates to the same thing and supports my argument even though "No one" I've seen has said anything about a 4 or 5 win season. Sorry I still had some of those disrespect cards in my pocket.

As the spokesperson for all that is good in Seattle, ALL WE'RE saying is, if RW stays healthy we'll be mentioned in playoff conversations for the next decade. Regardless if PC and or JS get fired after next season if we go let's say 8-8.

Wow this is fun. I should've tried this obtuse bantering sooner. Now it's clear why some Seattle fans can't accept any criticism or opposing opinions of their beloved Hawks.

Huh, did NE's record not fluctuate through their 'run?'

Through the past two decades yes it has.
However they haven't had a steady decline since they won their last SB. Albeit it has been a one game slide, or a return to the SB with a loss, or a first round playoff loss, or not making the playoffs it has been a trending decline for Seattle.

I have to admite @NWPATSFAN dedication to trying to convince everyone that the Seahawks are going to suck. Never takes his eye off the ball.

Does 8-8 equal suck?
I enjoy seeing Hawk fans trying to convince people Seattle should be competitive. Especially when their argument is because they'll have RW for another decade. Doesn't matter that he has no receivers and an unproven RB and Oline.

He’s a determined troll for sure.
Facts have no place in a Seattle thread.

Hold on a moment.

Ahhhh that's better I just put on my official Emerald City Rose colored glasses. Now everything is good. Moving along, nothing to see Seattle will be competitive because we said so ~The 12s~
