I wouldn't say so. After Clemson, the ACC is a toss-up of mediocrity.Pretty bold.

They're on their way back up again. Plus the last time an Ohio State player transferred there, they won 10 games.
I see a lot of WV love early, are they going to be that good? The defense was an utter mess and their OL was pretty weak. I get the QB and WR spots are bad ass, but is the rest that much better? (Serious question, I haven't looked into what they return)

That looks about right other than replace Florida with Auburn and no way does Clemson not win the ACC this year with the players they have returning.
