And once again #33 (Robinson) makes a ridiculous pass interference play on 4th down in OT to cost the 49ers the game. Its this clown every week. He needs to be gone.
He always seems to get hurt. I believe it happened again because he's effective when he's in there.Did Hyde kick the coach's dog? Hardly played the 2nd half
Hoyer hasn't been the problem. If I had to pick one guy it would be #33, Robinson. He is horrendous and has personally cost the team three games with his poor performance. The complete lack of a pass rush would be my second choice.4-1 if we had a real QB. In fairness to Hoyer though his numbers aren't bad. The penalties kill us and it seems like we always get those ticky-tacky calls that usually they let go. I mean even today some of the PI calls we got were not going to the Colts.
Check out the number of the guy with the absurd defensive holding penalty in OT when it was 4th and 10. It ws Robinson. Every play he's involved in seems to be him getting burned or committing a foul.Hoyer never was the answer in the first place, and I admit I didn't watch the game but....it looks as if his play was good enough. I'm sure the Colts sold out to contain Hyde, which they did so completely, and Hoyer threw for 350+. Can't expect much more than that.
According to Pro Football Focus, Rashard Robinson allowed 1 catch for 15 yds in 6 targets...it was Dontae Johnson that was ripped up by the Colts - 8 targets/7 catches/127 yds....including the 50 yarder in OT that easily set up the Colts to win, only to have the next pass intercepted by RR Armstrong. I'm not a big fan of that site, but that's their conclusion.
