Im still sticking with a 10-6 record. 2nd place finish and a wild card. We should draft in the early 20's. I cant answer the KC question right now. I wouldn't change anything right now if this is a playoff year.

remember that split that I predicted with Philly? Well, that's based upon this being a season with fewer 2, 3, and 4, win teams. NFL wants parity and this year I believe that it really shows. Could be wrong, just my prediction.

7-9 is not going to get you the 6th pick in the draft. I was just stating bad teams in the nfl.

The Cousins situation will be really hard to gauge even if the Redskins have a subpar season. Everyone always likes to speculate that the 49ers will take him in that case. However - this should be a banter year for 1st round college QBs & they are considerably cheaper than someone like Cousins. If some folks in this type of forum have questions about Cousins what would lead you to believe that NFL teams won't have the same questions.

I also believe that the Redskins are just crazy enough to tag Cousins a 3rd time in spite of how stupid and unlikely that sounds. You can't always apply logic in these type of situations.

I NEVER said that it would, just that it would be A.F.T.E.R. the 6th pick. Remember I did predict 10th pick (7-9) record. You listed 6 teams that would finish with 6 or fewer wins so a 7-9 team will be selecting sometime after that ....right? I can see where there are three or four 7-9 teams and because of tie-breakers we get pick #10. It is possible that we get a lower pick, but since this was about individual predictions, that was mine.

Since I've already posted my predictions, let me add this to the subject. We finished 3rd in the division a year ago, and would have had to do blah, blah, blah and blah to move up in those standings, if....If....IF....everything on the other teams in the division remained the same. However, that's being unrealistic, because the other teams also made moves to get better (Dallas will slip a bit but after 13-3 slipping a bit means what 11-5?) Our task to move up, then becomes even more daunting. Reading prediction from you guys coupled with my own suggests that few if any here believe in a first or second place finish.

Count the 10-6 predictors among them because unless things go horribly wrong for NY and Dallas the best 10-6 gets you is a wildcard spot. It is possible to have two wildcards from the same division, so there's that.

Not sure how you can say that the running game has not improved without seeing actual proof (in a real game). They did make improvements in that area. I would reserve judgment until at least the first few weeks of the season. It is amazing how the first few weeks of the season will reveal way more than the preseason - both good and bad.
