That would have been a good trade.
For who? Not for the Warriors, at all.
That would have been a good trade.
Why not?
Nonsense.
They are both good players but Thompson plays on an all-star team. Put George on that team and he'd be just as good and probably even better.State your case. Klay is also under contract for 2 more years, PG just one.

And Kay is a better defensive player than PG.First of all, you can't get much better than the '17 Warriors. 2nd, George needs the ball in his hands, Klay does most of his damage playing off the ball. 3rd, George is under contract for 1 year and the Dubs would have a much harder time resigning him long term than they would Klay who is under contract 2 years.
There is literally nothing about this deal that would make sense for the Warriors. They are not building a fantasy team here.
I am not way off on this at all. You just think you're right.
For the Pacers yes , but not for the Warriors who still have two more years on Klay Thompson's contract and not only that - ESPN has George listed as a forward and Thompson as a guard - that would leave the Warriors short a really good guard and to many forwards that want the ball. With Durant as the forward - you need some role players. That would have been a good trade.
Well it sounds better than him admitting he is high on crack - you know?LOL sure go with that
Do you want a medal or a chest to pin it on?
