Round 1: SS Keanu Neal (Florida)
Round 2: OLB Deion Jones (LSU)
Round 3: TE Austin Hooper (Stanford)
Round 4: OLB De'Vandre Campbell (Minnesota)
Round 6: OG Wes Schweitzer (San Diego State)
Round 7: WR Devin Fuller (UCLA)

They're all projects from top to bottom but there was a clear preference towards speed on the defensive side of the ball. PFF hasn't been a fan of our picks at all. I guess we'll see how Quinn and his staff can coach them up in the next few years.

Really like LT Stanley, he just reminds me of JO and we had a need at that position.
For some reason I am more excited about a player I hadn't even heard of til we picked him at 42, OLB Kamalei Correa....After reading up on him and watching some film, love this kid coming off the edge with speed and agility..
Like some of the others too like the wr from Navy ,Keenan Reynolds...Mayock says he is very similar to Edleman in NE, shifty and very productive after the catch....
I wanted Bosa or Ramsey but that wasn't possible so I think we did really well and have several really good players that will be around for a while.....Go Ravens !!!!!

Round 1: No. 06 Round 4: No. 132*
T Ronnie Stanley DT Willie Henry

RD(PK) PLAYER POS SCHOOL
1(3) Joey Bosa DE Ohio State
2(4) Hunter Henry TE Arkansas
3(3) Max Tuerk C USC
4(4) Joshua Perry ILB Ohio State
5(36) Jatavis Brown OLB Akron
6(4) Drew Kaser P Texas A&M
6(23) Derek Watt FB Wisconsin
7(3) Donavon Clark OG Michigan State

I'm thinking right now I'd give this draft a B or B+. The only thing that doesn't put it at an A is not drafting a safety but from what I've read Jatavis Brown is very athletic and he could possibly play some safety. Drafting a C and P improved the team and should save them money by cutting guys at the same position. Took one of the 2 DE's that were near the top of most peoples boards and an ILB, a position that was weak in depth. Got the best TE in the draft to learn from Gates and then take over as the #1 TE when he retires. The FB could be a questionable pick, but he was teammates with Gordon so that should help with familiarity. Last pick is possible OL depth which isn't a bad thing. Onto the UDFA's!

Would have loved to have had the original 3rd round pick (thanks, Goodell and heavy handed punishment) but I am not tearing my hair out for this draft. Some good upside with this group, but there is a pretty low floor with this group top to bottom as well. A few are likely replacements. Hill replaces De'Anthony Thomas, Robinson replaces Wilson either this year or next, Russell; White, and Murray hedge Peters, Gaines, and Nelson reasonably well. Chris Jones I am convinced can be a star if he amps up his motor some and varies and refines his technique just a bit more. Happy to have him despite trading out of the first. Excellent piece to have to insulate the Chiefs from a Howard or Poe departure in 1-2 years.

If the laws of the universe are intact, then because Schneider's drafts get universally panned every year, and turn out to be good, this year's crop will fail miserably, because everyone seems to like it.

Seahawks signed Tre Madden out of USC. Great pick up his running style fits your system. Don't be surprised if he makes A big impact with the seahawks. Great pick up by Seattle

2010 and 2012 were awesome for Seattle. The others, meh.
I do like this draft. They got Prosise who I really wanted. 3 RBs and only 2 OL was kind of puzzling.

I really like what the Rams did, despite being limited to day 3 picks after Goff. The two TE thing is a bit odd, but could be insurance against Higbee's assault charge (which doesn't sound like much IMO). Loved getting Mike Thomas, as I was hoping they would target him late. Getting Marquez North as a UDFA could be huge if he can stay healthy (shades of Danario Alexander). Would've liked to see a C in there somewhere, but not even a UDFA yet...

Wait, did the Lions really draft a long snapper in the 6th round?

1:25 CB; Artie Burns - Miami
2:58 CB S; Sean Davis - Maryland
3:89 DT; Javon Hargrave - S Carolina St
4:123 OT; Jerald Hawkins - LSU
6:220 OLB ILB/ST?; Travis Feeney - Washington
7:229 WR/PR/KR; Demarcus Ayers - Houston
7:246 ILB; Tyler Matakevich - Temple

Most, if not all are projects. The Steelers had the least to improve. It is much harder to improve the higher the peak, as the peak narrows. It looks like they picked up some serious raw athleticism. Hopefully, the coaching staff can hone them to perfection. Should have some serious contenders from this bunch, and hopefully very soon. Really love the top 4. Both Burns & Davis weren't on my radar, but looks to have great upside. Not sure if either will make an impact early on, but should be able to rotate in. Hargrave is a great addition. Great size & motor. Should make an impact early on. I personally wanted Billings at that point in the draft, but I trust Colbert made the right decision. Hawkins is a project, but his upside is huge. Munchak should be able to make a great player out of him down the road. Not really sure what to think of Feeney just yet. He's outrageously athletic (4.5s speed, 40" vert, 130" broad jump), but he's too small to be an OLB in this system. My guess is he will fill the role that Terrence Garvin left at ILB/ST. At least early on until he carves out a niche. Ayers should alleviate AB from PR duties. That's the plan anways. Doubt he will make any impact on the offense where the WR position is loaded. Matakevich is an interesting prospect. College production off the charts, but his size & speed will make it difficult for him to produce at the NFL level. Heard lots of great things about him though. Film room junkie, hard worker, great nose for the ball, relentless, tough as nails, etc.

Wait, did the Lions really draft a long snapper in the 6th round?

I read he is the 5th longsnapper taken in modern draft history i think its a better pick than the linebacker we took in the 5th and the RB we took in the 7th
