Like it said in the article, you have to wonder if this is a horrible coincidence or if there are major problems with the program. I'm not going to rush to judgment, (Duke Lacrosse, anyone?) but if he's guilty I hope he gets what's coming to him. Like..

I agree on passing judgement right now. On one hand, the woman was taken to the hospital and the charges were filed after, so maybe there's some physical evidence. On the other hand, it could be a case of a scorned and embarrassed girl. One thing is for sure, no matter what, it isn't good. I hope it's not a false accusation.
