Rollins is a really strong promo imo. The ratings have been on a steady decline with or without Reigns on top. He's a star imo.. especially if they pull the trigger on a heel turn.
With Balor I think they've been high on him awhile and waited on the right moment to bring him up with momentum

On paper I agree SD look stronger, but Raw has the 2 top women, the New Day, the cruiserweight division. The top of SD's card is better now but Raw does have upside there

Well Sin Cara is on Raw so maybe they didn't want both Lucha Dragons on the same show since they split up. And I can see Kalisto being in the IC title picture more than I can see Sin Cara, Cara is better if they're only going to think of him in a CW role and no higher.

Geez. WWE fucked that up something terrible. Have they never seen a draft show, ever? They just info dumped the picks 5 at a time. No build up, no reaction, nothing. That was a complete and utter waste of time.

Also, you're nuts if you think SD came out better. Raw's roster is loads stronger. It's got all the hotter, newer acts, has the better workers, and there's more potential there. Rollins, Reigns, New Day, Enzo and Cass, Zayn, Owens, Charlotte AND Sasha, Balor Club, and that's not even including the fact that Raw is getting the cruiserweights exclusively.
