1. The Redskins are not the first team to have this type of thing come out. Just the latest.

2. This is another of those situations where the league will band together to cover the misdeeds of all, not start singling out teams.

3. Thee is no realistic way to ban a team for a season because that would screw uup the schedule as well as TV money, and they aint doing that.

4. So we get a draft pick sanction.... at worst it will be a 3rd rounder which we would likely have just traded away any way.

It's a pretty bad story which could not have come out at a worse time. With the whole "Me too" movement looking for causes, something like this one seems right in their strike zone. I really haven't seen this on any wire service or major "news" programming except the ESPN or other sports related sites. Big trouble if it spreads.

This could actually be the best thing to happen to the Redskins in decades--it could force the ouster of The Danny.

These incidents were from five and six years ago. There was no crime, even if it is true.

I would like the cheerleaders to explain the word “forced.”

I also think it is damning when they admit cash prizes were given out for “twerking” because that means they were willing participants and they were not forced. It also means they may be willing to prostitute themselves literally.
