I totally agree with this assessment. Blackmon is 28 and at best the Hawks 3rd stringer, Maxwell is 6 foot 1 and in a fight with Blackmon for the final spot and i would assume the bigger and younger player makes it. Lane is light but he is a sure fire on your back hip CB. His cover skills are very strong. Parker and Blacmon i think are the two they cut. The Rest should make the squad. Both those two i can see getting snatched up by a CB needy team like say the 49ers. Also would not be shocked if they both STARTED for the 49ers if they were in fact signed by them lol.

Lane did so well as Browner's replacement last year during his suspension. I don't see him going anywhere.

Not only did Lane do a great job last year, he's looking dang good in the preseason.
