Will Jimmy Garoppolo Shine For the New England Patriots?

Have you seen that OL Brady had? And no offensive holding calls on the Pats? They won a Super Bowl in spite of abysmal play from Brady so surely this kid can take them back to the Promised Land.

I actually wanted the Eagles to go after this guy when he came out. I think he'd have been better than what they had last year (Brady sputtering all season) and likely better than Nick Foles this year.

Jimmy Garoppolo is no joke. He's quite a bit better at this stage than Winston or Mariota.

Granted, we've only seen him so far in preseason games, but what he has shown has been impressive. He broke all Tony Romo's college records, and he looks more than capable of running the Pats' offense. He's definitely better than Brady was last year or Cassell ever was, and Cassell went 11-5 at the helm of the Pats.

he played very well in limited mop up duty, but vs prevent defenses for the most part. he did very well in KC when they turned the season around the following week.

he holds the ball too long like most rookies. but his athleticism is off the charts.

honest...and NO im not sayng he IS either of these guys, but he has the same skillset and reminds me of elway and young, maybe a slightly weaker arm.

Jimmy will struggle but he is a good player IMHO who will eventually be a good QB

that is the type the colts kills . this year with the rush back they will kill the pats no matter who you bring .
