Killebrew was my favorite player when i was a kid. Every morning i would go straight to the sports section and pull up the stats from the Twins game hoping Harmon hit another HR. Seemed like the home run race in the AL was Killebrew, Howard, Powell, and that young kid from Oakland...Reggie something or other.
