I've done 16 points in the past and people said 17 points isn't considered a blowout. I'm sure whatever # I picked, someone would find something wrong with it. So, I went more with what is a blowout then what is a close game.

And VT has a top 3 secondary in the country, and a defense that thrives on pressuring inexperienced young QBs into making bad decisions.

There are quite obvious pros/cons to matchups on both sides of the ball for both squads. I could honestly see any of the above scenarios play out and not be surprised.
