Can't find it, once it is found go ahead and move this post/thread into it. This is fitting.

Had no idea yesterday was Mardi Gras and went to some Creole restaurant, no one was there, quiet AF in that place, but had some Louisiana food. It was good, decent, little too arrogant on their sauces, but whatever it was relatively cheap.

However, this is where I got a bone to pick with LSU. Shit hasn't been sittin well with my stomach all day. How about putting a disclaimer on your menu's there Tiger fans. What I didn't pay for in food price I am paying for in my water bill.

Didn't know yall were such little bitches when it came to food up North. You don't like it hot, eat bland food and don't get stomach trouble. If you like good food, you learn to eat it, take a few more painful dumps and move on.

On a serious note, what did you get? I just can't trust "Cajun" food made anywhere but in South Louisiana. Once you get to a certain point north even in Louisiana, the seafood usually gets significantly worse.

Uh... when I changed the calendar this morning, I noticed that today was Ash Wednesday. I said to myself, M-----F----- I totally missed Fat Tuesday!

I love me some jambalya, but I'm more partial to pastalya myself. Hope it was at least worth the stomache trouble.

Severely over rated in my honest opinion. Drunk idiots, crowds, jumping for plastic that will end up in the trash? Pass.

Oh, there ain't no way in Satan's hot hell I'm going to Nawlins for Mardi Gras! The local celebrations are the ones to attend. And the ones in the small towns are best.

Speaking of SEC, one thing we saw in the bowl games is that they forgot to play defense.
