KC's "elite defense" is being shredded last couple of weeks. Not a pretty 3 game streak t all.

Not saying KC's defense isn't very good but the Seahawks D has never gotten shredded like this by anybody.Not Aaron Rodgers, not Tom Brady.

Their defense is actually very good, just a shame they have been decimated by injuries as of late but good teams have to overcome those injuries.


I remember when we could barely beat Rams and Bucs, those so-called "experts" from ESPN claimed that the Seahawks are not elite but a good team since they have to overcome all these adversities.

The same teams that those "experts" claimed to be elite are in the same position right now with injuries look like they are about to crumble.

These battles between elite teams have been off the charts entertaining. Broncos-Patriots last week was an instant classic. Broncos-Chiefs round 1 was very good. And Broncos-Chiefs round 2 today was one of the best games of the year as well.

Then tomorrow we have of course Seahawks-Saints

Then next week it's Seahawks-49ers round 2 and prime time Saints-Panthers round 1.

Man I love the NFL this time of the year

Speaking of Jacksonville... NFL Network is trying really hard to get people to watch Jags vs. Texans next Thursday. It's always entertaining to see networks try to find anything about a match-up that they can hype up if the two teams playing are terrible. The promos for a game between two good teams basically write themselves and a good team vs. a bad team has the whole "Can the bad team upset the good team or will the good team prove why it's so good?" story-line going for it. But for a game between two bad teams, the best thing you can hope for is that it's a division match-up because you can play that up, but beyond that and the presence of a superstar player on one or both teams there's not much else to say about it to get people that wouldn't otherwise be interested in an AFC South match-up to watch a game between two of the worst teams in the league.
