He was so out of it he doesn't even remember, I don't know what to believe
I believe its safe to say the coaching/training staff cared more about the game than Renner's health so they half assed the concussion test. The only other possibility, and a reasonable one at that, is the NCAA's testing methods are total horseshit and just an effort to placate people wanting player safety. Regardless, everything I've seen, Renner shouldn't have been in the game. I just hope he's healthy going forward and doesn't have lingering, long term effects
