If they were both healthy, probably a close game. Look I'm not surprised a Seattle fan can't say it but the truth is obvious. The Niners d is healthy and is the best d in the playoffs now and it's not really close

What does 'no excuses' even mean? You win or you lose. If you lose there are usually reasons. One of the biggest is if your team has more key injuries than the other team.

You keep attributing the win today to Minny sucking. They don't suck, they just beat the Saints in NO.

Getting Dee Ford and Alexander back was huge. Not a coincidence the defense dropped off when those two were out

9ers looked like they did early in the season which bodes well for their odds to win it all imo.

I didn't love Jimmy G throwing a bad INT and almost throwing another one or two more but he did move the ball early when the 9ers asked him too and did his job in forcing the Vikings to back off defending the run which opened up the run attack in the 2nd half and Shanahan just exploited the fact the 9ers were rested and the Vikings were going in with a day less rest after a tough game with the Saints.

What excited me was the fact they were able to hold Cook to 18 yards rushing. I knew they would be able to get pressure on Cousins but stopping the run was the one area they could be prone to struggle with.

I'm a fan of both the 49ers and the Vikings, so I hate these games. I was hoping that they would meet in the conference championship, so that whoever won, one of them would be in the Super Bowl.

The problem with the Vikings is that their offensive line is almost good enough. After watching them in the last Green Bay regular season game, it was apparent that while the OL was good enough to defend against an average team, they were overpowered by a team with a good pass rush. And the 49ers certainly have a good pass rush. So I wasn't surprised that they were able to stifle the Vikings.
