I know, I can't say the US will lose as I picked their previous two games incorrectly and I'm a negative nellie. However, bookies do not let emotion enter the equation and they watch a lot more soccer than any of us.

What are the odds on Germany winning? I still think the most likely outcome is a draw. Both teams will be playing very conservatively.

There's no way I'd bet on the US for that game. While they will want to win, they also know if they lose GD will be the deciding factor so preventing Germany from winning by more than one could mean the difference between moving on and going home. Both are going to be playing very conservative because of it.

Yes, it actually is 7/1. You would win 700 for every 100 you bet plus get your original money you bet back.

I'm Vcash destroyed thanks to all the draws that kicked in with this tournament. Evil. That stupid goal USA gave up at the end wiped me out.

That being said, I think betting on a Germany / USA draw would be the smart move. Betting on the USA for this game is not something to go all in on.

Germany knows they're through barring a collapse by them and a blowout in the other game. US knows they can afford a loss, but not a big one so I'd expect them to just play defensively to keep the score low. Best case result is definitely a draw.

Probably will come out with the 4-5-1 again since Altidore is still injured. As long as Bradley doesn't give it away as much in the middle of the field the US should advance.
