I've always said he was the most smug coach that I've ever seen.

It will be like the South Park Episode with the hybrid cars and San Francisco being so smug, that after Clooney's Oscar acceptance speech hits it, that the whole city just disappears up it's own asshole.

Seen a lot of high caliber College Coaches come to the NFL & look pretty dumb.
They brought in Kingsbury knowing he was gonna be coupled with Murray. Whether that is dumb or not remains to be seen. Right now it doesnt look dumb & with the NFL being a copycat sport. Well........
All of them seem to think they have inside knowledge that scouts dont know of players they personally coached.

He never coached Fields' so there's no incentive to take him in regards to that. If Ryan Day were to get the Jags job I can see him wanting to do that though.
