How good is Wisconsin's kicker?
He was our MVP by a landslide. If Houston doesn't have those int's we win by a couple TD's but he did and the kicker was the hero. I don't think I've ever seen that much excitement out of a kicker before. Maybe Gramatica in the NFL.

Easy derbski. Remember I'm from Beaver Dam and I was rooting for UW....so all the family I'll see at a wedding in IL next week are in a decent mood.

But yeah, the Big 10 sucks and LSU needs to get rid of Miles.

Yeah, how dare the fool schedule a game north of the Mason-Dixon line.

Here's a question, even though Wisconsin is not ranked, will they jump LSU in the polls. Given the bias of the polls I think not. They will call it a home game for Wisconsin even though it was neutral site and LSU had 30,000 fans (about 40% of the stadium). Of course when LSU plays in New Orleans (bowl games?), Shreveport (bowl games?) or Dallas those are not considered home games.

Wisconsin: 337 total yards
LSU: 257 total yards

Wisconsin: 37:05 time of possession
LSU: 22:55 time of possession

Not all that tough to figure out.

I know but, it is when you look at the talent involved. UW played the game I'd think was expected and it seemed LSU didn't know how to capitalize.

Of course they will. It's week 1, not week 12.

He looked like he was making better decisions as the game progressed. Give him a chance. Odds are, teams will make him beat them sooner or later.

Normally I'm all about being aggressive but doing the same thing over again and hoping for a different result is crazy especially in the same game. This is his first real start to a season and he is very talented but the TO's must be minimized especially in the Redzone or near your own end zone.

Your receivers need work more than anything IMO. They suck!

UW has the talent at the Oline and D-line and the superior QB (despite the 2 int's). LSU has the better WR's, RB's, and DB's but you win games in the trenches.

I concur as I stated this before the start of the game. Wheelright is the only legit WR option. After that it's the TE, FB and RB's. I honestly don't know any other WR on the team. We get one great WR every decade it seems like and then a bunch of mediocre ones at best.
