I traded for him in my fantasy league earlier in the year. Even though Utah still has the worst record in the West, they've been playing near-.500 since their stud rookie has returned. His assist-to-turnover ratio has been stellar.

Could he have the potential to be a Top 10 PG one day? Thoughts?

Not ever going to be a top ten PG with how deep the position is... there's 4 tiers of starting PG's and right now he's in the third tier with the ability to move up into the second tier.
