funny that you say that, because I do have amputated fingers. Missing half of 3 fingers on my left hand, and half of my middle finger on my right.

When flipping people off, I either wear gloves or hold up my three fingers on my right hand and tell them to 'read between the lines and fill in the blank.'

my wifes grampa (rip) had basically a all 4 fingers of his right hand gone but kept his thumb > looked like this

remember the first time I met him and he extended the stump out at me for a handshake and I asked him "how do we do this?"

Like all of you, I'm doing what I can to keep things right in this life, but in doing so I forgot to take care of myself. I skipped some important meds while worrying about everything and everybody else and it caught me flat footed. To use a hockey anaology, I felt like what Propp must have felt when that cheap piece of crap Chelios blind side elbowed him in the head.

But, they drugged me up...tested me in places I've never been tested and then they cut me loose with a fist full of scripts and a pat on the back.

I'm exhausted. Like Boss said when I was in, "if you want rest go to a Hilton, not a hospital!". lol Luckily I have some very cool folks around me who reached out to keep my chin up and to you guys ----- I thank you with all of my heart.
