These schools are going to make a couple hundred million more per year by being on the B10

Its weird but they'd be stupid not to leave. I'm guessing a few more P12 schools will join them. Some combo of Stanford, Oregon and Washington or all 3

Ha ha. First it was the end of the Rose Bowl as we knew it and now the end of the PAC 8. It’s becoming worse than the NBA in college football

There were very strong rumors of that happening almost a decade ago. A true visionary could have made it happen and kept the Pac-12 thriving. Instead the Pac 12 slowly died under the ineptitude of Larry Scott, while the conference members took no action.

Ya leaving that patsy conference out there where they increased their chances at a bowl birth and entering a real competitive conference, entertaining a national championship every year must be a taxing experience but hey look at it this way, they get the honor of playing Ohio State and Michigan every year

As a life long Husker fan I chucked at this statement. Been through this two times. I thought the same. Guess what you will get over it and you will cheer on your beloved Trojans. I will always bleed red no matter what. Can't wait to see USC and UCLA come Nebraska in November and have to play in the cold.

Yeah, this does just seem wrong. I sort of understand it, but still it's going to take awhile to get over it. PSU I almost thought was a natural addition, Nebraska? Not as much but they could have made a worse pick and almost did as they considered Missouri. I bet the SEC is regretting that move. Maryland and Rutgers were very UGH adds, but by then I just was like, whatever, expansion was going to happen, like Nebraska, there were worse options out there. USC and UCLA are way better than all of those last 3, especially when it comes to adding money and prestige and recruits and research money and quality sports, but they are just the most unnatural adds so far.

I don't know. I'd agree if it was anywhere but the Big 10. Its hard for a PAC 12 fan, who's been with them since they were the PAC 8, to explain to a non PAC 12 fan how deep the hatred for the Big 10 runs for us.
