How can I find which exact games players get technicals?

Like game log data, so I can scan and see if they got a technical for a given game.

Preferably on a player's game log history page. So I can scan by game/date.

I have no idea. I know how to find the totals, but you know that, too. It would not be worthwhile to check box scores game by game. Unless you were paid for it. So I guess the real question would be, where would you find somebody who is willing to pay you a reasonable amount to look that up?

The question is still what site shows technical foul data with the season long game logs? I'm not convinced a site doesn't exist with that.
