so is losing on thursday night games in Corvallis if your CF team name ends w/ Trojans ranked #1, #2 or #3 in the nation.

drop mic again...

Yeah that's really bumming me out. Cancel this next season, get rid of all the Heisman trophys and never look at the NCs again because even with all the winning we just can't go on because of one night in Corvails. lol

…and fuc u if you don't think your teams a blowout QB knee away from a .500 season or less.
I don't have the same confidence I have in Darnold with Fink or Greene. And I wish Darnold a healthy and productive season. I do like that Sears was an EE. He's built in the Darnold mold. I'm hoping he has a good camp and raise in the depth chart

Beavers.....

Random Beavers. If he wasn't such and angry sob I'd have a little more fun. But he's already got Darnold having knee injuries. I fear he might jump to plane crash of the whole team if poked more.lol

Yeah they didnt say anything till after the season which was like you said the ASU you game. Im not home right now to show you the article that had that picture. Pretty sure it suggested the injury might have happened earlier.

I doubt anyone from the team will confirm or add anything else to it. Coach said he was dinged up from the ASU game on through the end of the season and didn't really get into any more details. He did go down hard a few times in the USC game so who knows. Really doesn't matter much either way. We all saw what he can do and now expect to see more of it if his shoulder is fully recovered. Shoulders are scary for QB's. I think we will all gasp anytime we see him thrown down on that shoulder from here on out.

Utah has a unique situation with so many Polynesians living in the state. 9 of the top 15 HS football players for the 2017 class are Ploy. The problem is the top five are going to USC Washington , Stanford and BYU. Utah will from now on have seriously good LBs and D line because even the lower rated Poly players coming out of HS get bigger and stronger and are beasts their jr and Sr seasons. If Utah can start keeping some of the top Poly players from their state they could be serious trouble for PAC teams.
That's ok I have no problem with their choice.
But when I see their face after Utah beats them is priceless.

Huskies confirm departure of offensive line coach Chris Strausser

The University of Washington confirmed Tuesday that Strausser, the Huskies’ offensive line coach for the past three seasons, has indeed departed for a job with the Denver Broncos. The Denver Post reported Saturday that Strausser will serve as an assistant coach for the Denver Broncos offensive line staff.

“Chris Strausser has been an integral part of our staff for a long time, and I'm grateful for all of his hard work and dedication he's put in over the years,” UW coach Chris Petersen said in a statement released by the school. “He's an excellent coach and person, and I have no doubt that he’s going to be an outstanding coach in the NFL. We wish him and his family nothing but the best.”

Strausser had worked for Petersen at Boise State from 2007-13 before accompanying the head coach to Washington in December 2013. He also coached the offensive line at Boise State from 2001-05, when Petersen was the offensive coordinator.

Last season, the Huskies landed two offensive linemen -- Trey Adams and Jake Eldrenkamp -- on the All-Pac-12 first team, the first time any UW offensive lineman had earned that honor since 2001.

Bummer to lose another one like this, but if your college team is sending coaches to the NFL, your generally doing something right.
