Damn straight everyone! Right now, this kid is dispelling the myth that young HCs can't be successful in the NFL and he has all the intensity and brilliance of his mentor, John Gruden. This may be the start of something really special for the Rams.

It's a thankless job, but it does have a great self fulfillment reward of purpose for most in your field. (Must beat working the Christmas tree lot though, eh?)

Them lower grades I would think has a premium on organization and planning, the higher grades and it's gotta be a matter of patience and self control.
