The problem with Kelly is that he really makes the roster all kinds of funky to run his system and when he's gone, you're not left with the right pieces. The next Philly coach is going to have some issues.

With the disfunction the dolphins have had.. I just don't see them hiring a coach that has his own player relations issues.

It had to kill the owner of the eagles that most of the guys Kelly got rid of are now on playoff teams.

1. Kelly did not get rid of Maclin
He chose to sign RFA with his home team.
2. McCoy did little at Buffalo for the same salary as Murray, Sproles, and Matthews combined..while losing to Chip.
3. Nick Foles is likely out of a job after gettting a STL extension that Philly would not pay.
4. Trent Cole went to a bad mess Indianapolis.
5. Tim Tebow is on TV.
6. Evan Mathis lost his starting job and plays backup on a bad contract....he demanded more money.
7. Michael Vick could not beat out Geno Smith or Landry Jones.
8. Todd Herremans just got cut from a bad Indy squad.

Only DeSean Jackson could make an argument.
He is part of a dominating (8-7) squad.
However, the team played most of the season without him....so we dont even know how much the Redskins success was him. He was part of the miami loss and singlehandedly lost the Dallas game himself.
