So, to recap this thread:

Texas is superior to Aggie because:
1) They fired Mack Brown
2) They did not recruit Johnny Manziel
3) and Manziel did not, in fact, "win anything" while at A&M, including but not limited to a Heisman

Nah, Texas is superior to Aggy b/c:

1. 76-37-5 head to head record in favor of Texas
2. 4 NC's compared to their 1 NC (which was won when Hitler was jerking off in prison)
3. 32 conference titles compared to their 18

That's super.

Legit question: if Aggie's national title deserves the footnote that it was won back in the 20's, then why would you bring up 76 head-to-head victories and 32 conference titles, most of which have occurred before you yourself were probably born?

Ok, since BCS era why Texas is superior to Aggy:

1. 11-5 head to head record in favor of Texas
2. 1 BCS title and played for another one to their 0
3. 3 conference titles compared to their 1
4. 3-1 BCS bowl record compared to their 0-1 record

T-sip is dumb, every real Texan loves sweet tea. aTm better stop thinking drinking sweet tea is an insult, they're a deep south team now and they love sweet tea in the deep south as much as UT grads.
I'm pretty sure this has to do with hot tea, not iced tea.

I think what he was saying is that nobody in Texas dranks hot tea, period. It's too hot.

And ya don't sip cold, sweet tea, that shit is best guzzled after some spicy ribs.

LOL TX is peculiar, but it does get cold there -- in the winter!

On a hot summer day, you sit outside and sip on some sweet tea, enjoy it. You only guzzle it after spicy ribs if you can't handle the ribs.

Grew up in Ohio, so I had to be a Buckeye fan and went to Ohio State. Moved to Texas, looked around, checked out all the teams. Got it down to AM and the Longhorns. Went to see AM in the 1988 Cotton Bowl. That was enough. Hook em horns.

kind of remiinds me of another ut fan.....

Aggies title was in the 30's.

If anyone really cares, it actually dates back to when A&M was a military school and sending entire graduating classes off to fight in wars. Meanwhile Texas students sat back at home sipping their tea.

This is really funny.

I am never out of flip flops, fish barefoot mostly, wear deodorant a couple times a week, wear t shirts all the time, wash my jeans once a week..... And I have a family, a nice home, and 3 nice vehicles.

I side with the Aggies here. Now I just may well use the term t sips.

oh man, don't buy the aggie line.

Don't base your opinion on the few people here on SportsHoopla...The Aggie's here are pretty good folk, actually most that I know are. But man, if you buy into their propaganda, just, I don't know, just not right.

Austin, Texas is one of the most laid back, yet pretty well-off, place there is. And that has a lot to do with UT. In Austin, people go to church in nice shorts and sandals...

You can call us T sips, no big deal. But to buy their whole line, hook, sinker and all, is just not right.

And, to think all UT people sat around and let the aggies do all the fightn, that's just bullshit. Our stadium is 'Memorial Stadium'. It has plaques at every entrance, going back to WW1 of UT people who've fought and died for this country.

Hell, our new chancellor, is Admiral Mcraven, who was a seal, and actually the leader of the Seals who got bin laden.
