They relied too much on Brady and forced unnecessary plays in the last 2 minutes. Not one run play when Burkhead was rolling. With 2 other runners waiting on the sideline. No, they go for 30+ yard passes. Pats played 58 minutes; Eagles played 60 minutes. EOS.

Pats need to build that D up a bit, defense was definitely a let down for most of this game... They held there own right at the end giving the Pats a chance to win it, but it just seemed like the whole game overtime the Pats scored there D would just give it right back up ...

TBH, believe the Pats played a heck of a game, enough to beat many teams. Eagles never stopped attacking. Personally, if you’re going to lose, that is the way to go. Good hard fought battle until the end. Tip of the hat to Eagles fans, must feel good,

When the Pats got the ball with 1:whatever on the clock my wife asked "what are you going to do if the Eagles lose"

I said... "If Brady drives 91 yards with a minute left and then converts a 2-pointer and then the Eagles lose in OT, the Pats deserve to win and they should rename the trophy to the Brady Trophy"

Agree, but they made good plays. Credit to Eagles game plan and execution. They took the bend but don’t break Pats stuff and scored TDs. Really, nothing but props. Helluva game.

Yes he has, but hes a very good insurance plan and a very good team price.
Plus, will Wentz be ready week one next season.

I think a team will have to pay a Kings ransom forvthe Eagles to trade him.

Yep, if I'm the Eagles the only way I'm trading him is if I'm offered a #1 pick in the draft type offer.
Maybe I'd trade him at the trade deadline and Wentz is back to full strength.

Not sure how that would all play out... But Foles just gave his career a serious jump start...

Thats the other scenario that makes sense, but then you're carrying 3 QBs on the 53 until that point.

He was a starter when they traded him the first time. Jeff Fischer fucked all that up and he almost did the same thing to Goff. Foles is in the right place because it let him get his confidence back. He almost walked away from the game and I think he will be smart this time and not play for just anyone.

i didn't think the pats defense was as horrible as it was made out to be. the eagles were able to convert a lot of 3rd downs, a couple of 4th downs and foles continually made perfect throws. he was hitting crazy tight windows all night. where as, on the flip side, the pats just had receivers relaxing on their own island 20+ yards downfield.
