When it comes to the Patriots rbs, good luck trying to figure out which one will get carries from week to week. Those types of players IMO are best left for someone else to deal with.(assuming you don't need a rb real bad)

I'm picking him up regardless, because I don't see why I wouldn't when I'm sitting at the top of the waiver order.

If he's the #1 back moving forward, he holds way too much value in an Offense like that.

Vereen is fine, doing what he usually does; he's not a "workhorse" RB and only looked like he might be, briefly, because the Pats were really strapped. Tonight Belichick is delighted that everyone is freaking out on The Gray - now he can screw over opposing defenses... and fantasy owners along the way.

Gray started last week and put up only 3 FF pts, even though the Pats were up 13+ from the middle of the second quarter on. Tough schedule ROS.

The one thing i have learned about the patriots is that schedules dont mean anything... The patriots go hot hand, whether it is the running game or the passing game... and whether it is vereen or any other RB...

But with that said i am not surprised that today was a jonas Gray day(of course nobody could have predicted this day), the Colts have been very good vs the pass, and not so good vs the run... Vereen is an outside runner, and good in the passing game... The patriots wanted to run, so they used Gray...

Same thing happened last year with Blount... He went off one week and then did nothing until December and then he went off for 3 straight weeks.

I think he is at least worth the stash.

Right now it appears that the Patriots are using Vereen as more of a "receiving" RB and or a blocking back. With Gray's smashmouth ability I am looking for him to be used more. Granted I don't see anymore 41 point games (I so tried to pick him up this week and it got all screwed up, so he still is unclaimed) but he should get points.
