most games are hard to watch, then? because in almost every game there is a road team...

some game are worse than others obviously. people only remember the questionable call against Michigan that sent Johnson to the line for you guys. the first 35 minutes were calls favoring Michigan for the most part

It's true, at the time I was cursing the refs but actually had mostly forgotten how bad the game was called until you brought it up. The SDSU is different, that was probably the worst "home team getting all the calls" i have ever seen in 20 years of being a UA fan

12,818 / 108,713 = 0.11790678207758041816526082437243

If you're rounding, that's 12% not 11% you pedantic asshole.

And seeing as how they've had 38,052 for college games there before, I don't think your claim that it would sound like 100 in Cameron is at all accurate.

jeez talk about being a lil bitch.

theres no way they get 38k for baylor/uk ooc in that stadium. that 38k figure was #2 texas vs defending champion UNC. i seriously doubt baylor and kentucky come anywhere near that. id say at best it would of been no more than 18,000. 15,000 being the most likely estimate, but even that is hard for me to believe. baylor only averaged 7900 in attendance last year for an arena that seats 10,200. Syracuse set an attendance record at the carrier dome in the middle of the blizzard. Personally I think weather doesn't play as big of an impact on fan attendance as you claim. If the fans were planning on traveling 1.5 hrs to somewhere I think its safe to say they made those plans and bought tickets well in advanced.

Yeah Iowa and Iowa State used to play home and homes with Drake and UNI but after 5 or 6 years of losing just as many of them as they won they decided to just play one of them on a neutral court every year. Like this year Iowa played Drake, ISU played UNI and they play both games on the same court, same day. Kind of a cool deal but it was always fun to play a home and home too.

yeah, as much as I like to see good match-ups, I've heard too many coaches say that it hurts recruiting to keep playing these in state rival schools. I'm not 100% sure how, but I'll take their word for it.

Wisconsin has a road win at Virginia, who's currently #23 in the RPI. Actually...I just looked at their RPI wins...

vs. #12 Florida
vs. #14 Illinois
@ #23 Virginia
vs. #25 Iowa
vs. #41 Saint Louis (N)
vs. #51 St. John's (N)
@ #54 Green Bay
vs. #66 West Virginia (N)
vs. #94 Marquette

Gotta appreciate a 9-0 record against the RPI Top 100, especially when 5 of those 9 wins have come on the road or a neutral site.

This is why the UC/Xavier game was played at a neutral site....
