Yeah that hostage video of Gruden making that announcement was pretty revealing considering it was exactly the reverse of what he has been saying all along. It was just more evidence that not much has changed around here.

It's my understanding that the play issue had nothing to do with his injury and more to do with his belief that a running QB could never be a great QB.

i think it shattered the trust between both guys . i also believe his camp influenced some of this
