Anyone local interested in a harmless caper? Let me explain. I was 8-0 in playoff jinxes and decided to donate platelets the other day. Tonight the jinx died. So anyone want to break into the Red Cross with me and somehow get the platelets back inside of me?

I've got the blood bags in a cooler, Comeds. Meet me at the Laurel Race Track at 3. I have a Ukranian guy who will take care of the procedure. I only had to pay him $30.

South Korea had a conservative, corupt, and self-serving leader in Park Geun-hye and following protests she was impeached and ousted. The first South Korean President that had happened to. Within a year of having a new, progressive President South Korea is on the verge of a historic peace agreement.

Just sayin', America...

I know it's the way the world works and I'm just being temporarily naive but this still pisses me off:

Devon, like many of its shale peers, has come under pressure from Wall Street in recent months to focus less on production and more on ways to boost shareholder returns. The company’s stock had, as of Tuesday’s close, lost more than 20 percent of its value in the past year despite a jump in oil prices.

Devon Energy will lay off 9 percent of staff to boost returns

A couple of buddies of mine have been canned in the last couple of weeks because of this. To drive stock prices higher. With oil at $68/barrel this isn't exactly necessary.

Well said!!

It is mortifying to see a man occupying the lofty position of President of the United States descend from that position and join issue with those who are dragging their garments in the muddy gutters of political vituperation.

Good news. I think Trump deserves a tiny bit of credit. You fight crazy with crazy.

Related, I would imagine Dems will be happy about this. Whereas when Iran made a deal to end it's nuclear program, the Republicans were upset because "they could again in the future." Which of course is always a thing anyways because the future is always unknown.

He's a random motion president. His intentions are universally self-serving, but he doesn't seem to really think anything through, but ultimately random motion does produce good results sometimes by its nature.

That is to say, Trump has and will continue to occasionally do good things, but I hesitate to give him credit for them because his process sucks, and his successes are coincidental.

Why won't they have a Diff'rent Strokes reunion movie?

Also why won't they make my idea for a reboot with a twist? In this one a wealthy dying man wants his poor maid living in the 'hood to take care of his two kids. I call it 'Rent Strokes, part as a nod to the original and partly because the maid occasionally had to give her landlord a handjob because she doesn't have rent money.

Did he forget that his firing of James Comey is what led to Mueller's appointment?
