I sit his ass and he doesn't play until I'm convinced that he's properly adopted the skillset and frame of mind to be successful which btw assures that both of us gets paid or there is intervention which gets me fired and I'm still paid handsomely because I won't stand for it .

Not sure what actual principle will cost you these days, but a lack there of apparently runs around $5279774.5 Million per year on average.
