I don't compare the career and knowledge that Yzerman had with Guerin. Yzerman was a consummate leader of the Red Wings and captain for 20 years from the age of 21. He also was a VP of the Wings when they won a cup...Guerin has no experience

Yzerman worked in Detroit FO for 4 years before he got the Lightning GM job. And the Detroit FO is the model of stability, Guerin is working in an office with a lot of transition.
