Didnt expect the same #s as he was getting, but this drop off is unreal. At worst, i thought he'd be able to pile up garbage time stats with dumpoffs to Smith or dmc (is he really worse than alf and rod? Find that hard to believe)

Thing about Dak is he's still learning the trade. When you suddenly go from chicken salad to chicken shit, well...pick your perspective; overcoming adversity or just not good enough. Time will tell.

Wow. Picked up Jamaal Williams last night (Saturday). Apparently no one wanted him.
Inserted him in the lineup in place of Adrian Peterson.
It's already paid off.

"Rookie TE struggles to get on the field due to not being able to learn the intricacies of playing the position at the pro level."

go ahead and paste/apply that to just about every rookie TE.

The ones that get on the field and produce right away are the exceptions to the rule, but in actuality, they are just big bodied WRs that are designated as TEs on the depth chart. I think you have to be willing to wait it out at least 2 full seasons with a rookie TE in dynasty before being able to get a good read on what they can do/how they'll be used.
Which is what makes the Ebron situation so disappointing, I think he needs to go to a different team to blossom.

Bryce Petty taking over Jets QB

last season, in a 3 game stretch of Petty starts, Robby Anderson turned 29 targets into a 14/240/2 stat line
think I might still roll with Robby vs the saints next week, see how things turn out.

either way, I have the Jets pegged for at least 45 pass attempts next week, if not 55
