The Eagles floated Polk a $1.6M tender this year before signing Ryan Mathews and DeMarco Murray. They've got $7.6M locked in cap space between Mathews, Polk and Sproles. Depending on Murray's cap numbers, they might have upwards of $15M in their crowded backfield. For this reason, Philly is considering yanking Polk's tender. If so, he's definitely worth looking at as a backup to Alf. He can return kicks too -- remember the 102-yarder he had against us in Week 3? -- thought I'm not sure if he'd the best option for us in light of Andre Roberts.
