So today I heard Joel Klatt on the radio and he had an interesting take on how to improve the CFP. He said make more committees as when you have one committee it can be heavily persuaded. So his thought was have the current committee as it is, have another committee made up of media, and another committee made up of like administration, then take the average rankings of the three committees and that is your top 25. It isn't a bad thought.

I like how SEC fans are now using the "everyone else got bumped up" excuse.

This is exactly why The B1G struggled in bowls much of the BCS era, always having multiple teams in BCS Bowls and everyone else getting bumped up......and they used that to "prove" that the B1G sucked as well.

Hilarious that bowl records dont matter all of a sudden cause the SEC actually got put into a tougher bowl schedule for a change

Biggest difference I see is that the B1G team that got bumped up generally lost and the SEC team that got bumped up generally won. back when 0-9 was a thing, the Ohio State University had as much to do with this perception than anybody.

Why do you constantly feel the need to make up shit? Here's a post where i say the exact thing you claim I disagree with.

We had a play-in game and we couldn't execute. Ohio State, Alabama, and Penn State all have better resumes than us. If you want a team that beat up on shitty competition, Bama played slightly better shitty opposition than us and looked slightly better doing it. If you value close losses, Penn State is clearly above us with both losses in super close games on the road. If you value quality wins, Ohio State is above us. There isn't really a colorable claim for us.

The only thing that I find bizarre is this idea that USC somehow has a better resume than us (they don't and it isn't close).
