It makes a huge difference, because Denver is set up to play a similar fashion to the way Indy did when Manning was there, get the lead and then unleash the pass rush. Without a pair of guys worth 20 sack a year, Flacco and the Ravens will be able to move the ball and keep the game close if not win outright
