Who knows, you might have a good chance since the Packers suck early in the season, Rodgers barely gets any reps in the preseason so won't have timing down with new TE's/RB's, and the main HFA of GB is in winter months and not in early fall

I was kind of surprised he didn't get a few more thus preseason . Tough start to the schedule. There's a decent shot if starting 0-2 if Rodgers doesn't come out slinging

He only had one series last preseason. With the way our tackling looked in preseason combined with our run game our start to the season might be rough

Tom is too old and don't know it yet.....Just because he can still read a D and throw a ball doesn't mean he can do it quick enough for the NFL....
Ala Peyton Manning of recent times and Marino, Unitas and even the GOAT Montana all had to come to grips with..
Not that Tom is in that category outside of NE and some teenage fans who never saw the greats play in a much tougher era....

Hey anything can happen but I'm just saying usually the SB loser opens with a much tougher game. The Bears have a shot because Howard is fucking legit and if they can control the ball and force a few turnovers then anything can happen

Usually you are right. But there is also something odd about the SB loser taking a step back the next year. It's happen too often to just be coincidental. Will it happen with Atlanta? Who knows. If they are anything like last year, they will smoke the Bears. But it's worth noting.

I think the Bears should be better if they don't have a ridiculous number of injuries like last year. They won't be good enough to be in playoff contention, but I could see them being in most games and stealing a few wins against teams they shouldn't.

The Bears D is kind of intriguing too if maybe incomplete. Always loved Fangio- curious to see how they look in real games this year.
